  齐齐哈尔华安特种容器有限公司是由齐齐哈尔华安工业有限公司控股的，具有B1级、B3级压力容器制造许可证及医疗器械生产许可证的股份制企业。目前已形成钢质无缝高压气瓶、铝合金无缝高压气瓶、金属内胆复合气瓶三大产品系列。是中国唯一一家同时具备三大系列产品生产资质和能力的企业。

公司具有五十多年高压气瓶生产的历史，积累了丰富的设计和制造高压气瓶的经验，拥有一批经验丰富的工程技术人员。早在1958年就研制生产出中国第一只钢质无缝高压气瓶，结束了中国长期依赖进口的历史；1982年又研制出了中国第一只铝合金无缝高压气瓶，填补了国内空白。产品先后获得了省科技进步奖、国家银奖及优秀新产品飞龙奖等。公司已通过了ISO 9001质量体系认证，相关产品已取得了法国BV认证DEKRA认证，产品已远销亚洲及欧洲等多个国家。

Brief introduction to the company

Qiqihaer Hua-an Special Container Co.,Ltd is a jointly operated corporation which was managed by Seamless Gas Cylinder Factory held by Hua An Industry Group of HeilongjiangProvince by The company owned the Design and Manufacture License for Pressure Container of Level B1& Level B3 and the License for Medical Devices Joint-stock Enterprise. At present, Hua-an Special Container Co., Ltd. has formed the three series of products of gas cylinder: steel seamless high pressure cylinders, aluminium-alloy seamless high pressure cylinders and aluminium-alloy liners compound cylinder. Hua-an special container Co., Ltd. is the only manufacturer in China that can produce both aluminium-alloy liners and compound cylinder in scale production.

Hua-an Special Container Co., Ltd. has the production history of the high-pressure gas cylinder for 50 years, has accumulated the abundant design and experience of the high-pressure gas cylinder of manufacture, has a group of experienced engineers and technicians. A steel seamless high pressure cylinder was firstly researched and developed in China in 1958 and therefore it concluded the long history relying on import. In 1982, an aluminium-alloy seamless high pressure cylinder was also firstly born in China and filled the domestic gaps was awarded the “Advance of science and technology” by province, “State silver shield prize” and “Flying Dragon Prize” for excellent new production. The company had ISO9001 certification and relevant products have certificated by France BV and Germany DEKRA. The company’s products have supplied many countries in Asia and Europe.
